Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Absolutely delicious. I use fillets and just dump all the sauce in with them (make sure you get it under them) in a smaller dish, It almost completely covers them so I can just set the timer and let them cook. I use a little less mustard and try to use stone ground dijon. I've tried it with less paprika but I really don't notice a difference. Either way, this is a family favorite. Absolutely one of the best recipes I've found here.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Just make extra sauce for the meat and drizzle that over the enchiladas, it tastes WAY better than any sauce you would buy
