Unbelievable Chicken

This is an awesome marinade for chicken. I use it all the time now. I do reduce the amount of brown sugar to 1/4 cup for our tastes though. Everyone loves it!!!

Mike's Homemade Pizza

I used a different crust recipe but this pizza sauce is SENSATIONAL!!!! I always use the Ragu sauce in a jar and almost chose to do so this time. I had all the ingredients , it looked easy, so I tried it. I'll make this every time I make pizza! You won't be sorry with this recipe....IT IS S-O-O-0 GOOD and I followed directions to the tee! Turkey in a Smoker

This recipe makes a delicious, very moist turkey! I always smoked my turkeys right on the rack of the smoker......but not any more! Placing it in a roasting pan or pot really keeps the moisture in. Thanks Doug!

Basic Ham and Bean Soup

Wonderful recipe for left-over ham! I followed the recipe & put the whole ham bone in to cook along with the beans, veggies & seasonings.I used canned chicken broth instead of water for more flavor. When the soup is done,pour about 1/3 of it into a food processor or blender & puree it, then add it back to the soup. We thought it had a much better texture because it thickened it up. My husband had three bowls of it at one sitting!!!!! You can't go wrong with this recipe!

Four Cheese Macaroni

Excellent! I only used one egg because I like it creamy & cheesy, not fluffy. I served this to company and they loved it. It really makes a LARGE amount. You can add milk & reheat the next day.

Chicken Danielle

This is a winner! The sauce is so velvety and delicious. I added a clove of garlic to the mushroom mixture because we love garlic. Also, I used only one skillet for everything. Brown the chicken,remove it; add the mushrooms, seasonings and wine & reduce it. Then add soup mixture to same skillet. Pour over the chicken and bake. Then you have only one skillet to wash! This recipe is a MUST TRY! You won't be disappointed!!! For the reviewers who thought it was bland, just add more rosemary, thyme & garlic.

Texas Pie

We loved this recipe. My husband finished off the whole thing in two nights! Next time I make it, I'm going to use two cans of pie filling. Also, I added the pecans on top during the last 15 minutes of cooking to prevent them from scorching. Thanks Lea Ann!

Chili-Rubbed Chicken with Chipotle Pineapple Salsa

Delicious!!! Excellent recipe!! The flavors are wonderful together.....sweet,sour& spicy. I diced the pineapple into smaller pieces & added more brown sugar. Serve this with chicken & herb flavored couscous.

Prune and Olive Chicken

We made this dish in a cooking class that I attended at Williams-Sonoma. It is supposed to be Matt Laur's (Today Show) favorite recipe. I can see why! It is a fabulous dish! I would never have tried it if it weren't for the cooking class. I've made it several times now at home.MMMMMMMM

French Dip Sandwiches

The best French Dip sandwich you'll get anywhere!The broth has wonderful flavor. This is a great recipe for a crowd on game day. I toasted hoagie buns in the oven for extra crispness,placed some shredded beef on, added a slice of Mozzarella cheese & returned it to the oven open-faced to melt the cheese.MMMMMMMMMM

Day Before Mashed Potatoes

This recipe is just fabulous! It has a great texture. I added about 1/2 cup milk to thin it slightly. I made it in the morning & refrigerated it until dinner time.I baked it for about an hour then dotted it with butter & sprinkled lightly with paprika. Our guests, who are very picky, loved it!!!!

Very Fruity Rum Punch

Fabulous!! I added regular Rum plus coconut Rum;also used orange-pineapple frozen juice.The coconut Rum is a must!!! Best Rum punch we've ever had.Never had any better,even when we were in the Caribbean Islands & Hawaii!!!Thanks Jeff!!
