These cookies were out of this world! Very soft and full of peanut butter taste! NOTE: put peanut butter cups in refrigerator overnight for easy chopping and no melting.

Easy Raspberry Lemonade

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2003
This gave ordinary lemonade a kick! I used lemon/lime club soda. I put the mixture into a soda bottle so it would not go flat.

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2003
I bake these every Christmas and understand these are THE Neiman Marcus cookie. My family requests these for every get together but I can only handle it one time a year....time consuming, but worth it! May save time....process oatmeal and grate chocolate day before. Also refrigerate chocolate for easier grating and return to refrigerator until ready to use.

Ham and Cheese Breakfast Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2004
I tried this for Christmas and it was great!! I used sausage and cheddar cheese instead. The second time I made it I used 4 eggs and 1% milk. The extra eggs made the dish more fluffy. You must try it!!

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2004
Made this during Christmas and it was a hit! I used cheddar only, mozzarella did not sound appealing for b-fast. It did take alot longer to bake than stated, 50 minutes in the oven. Next time I will try half cheddar and jack cheese. Has anybody tried using biscuits instead of crescent dough?? I may try that also!

Special Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2004
Very, very good! All the ingredients added the right kind of zip. Thanks to all who warned about draining the relish! Use paper towels to squeeze out excess water from relish.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2004
These cookies were just fabulous!!! I'd give it 10 stars if I could!!! I used all 12 ounces of the choc. chips and all 11 ounces of the peanut butter chips. I did not want to save such a small amount of chips so I thought what the heck! They turned out even better with the extra chips! Put the peanut butter cups in the refrigerator before you chop them to avoid fast melting. ENJOY!

Grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Sandwich

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2004
This was fabulous!! I could not find portabello mushrooms, I used regular ones. I also used roasted red peppers from the jar and roasted green pappers myself. We had leftovers and it was even better the next day with all the flavors marinating overnight!! Just wonderful!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2004
Very, very good! They were cake like and very moist. If you don't like an all chocolate and soft cookie then these are not for you. If you can't get enough of chocolate like me then try these. Easy to put together in no time. Next time I want to try adding peanut butter chips!

Cranberry Sauce I

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2004
This is great! I was making the sauce with water until I found this recipe. I have used this recipe for 3 years now. If you want just plain cranberry sauce with a taste of orange and no other "stuff" then this is for you!

Pumpkin Bread I

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2004
This was very good! When I would see a recipe with applesauce instead of butter or oil I just assumed that it would not be any good and never would make it. This bread changed my thinking! Very moist and flavorful!

I made this for a party this past weekend and it was a hit!!! I used sour cream instead of the mayo and doubled the recipe. There was none left!!! My sister took the recipe to make at a game night this week and is going to try it with the mayo.

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2005
I could not believe how moist and juicey these burgers were!!!!!! I did not mix in the two cheeses. I put a slice of cheddar on near the end of cooking. We also put 2 slices of bacon instead of one per burger. I'm sure that was a heart attack waiting to happen but we won't make them too often!!!! GOTTA TRY!
