Beer Butt Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2002
This is the only way we will cook chicken ever again!!! It was unbelievably moist and tender! I did not use cheap beer(if that makes a difference or not)and on the gas grill it only took 1-1/2 hours! Thanks! Gina

This was great! I forgot to marinate ribs in sauce but it was still very good! We did all the cooking on the gas grill! Took less time. Thanks!

The buger was very moist and held together well! I added some onion powder, dash of red pepper and garlic powder. It tasted like a burger from an expensive restaurant! Thanks for sharing!

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2002
This was pretty good! A little too sweet for my taste but my husband likes sweet dinners so this will be his new favorite. I cut the recipe in half enough for two chops.

This was a good dressing/dip. I did add some milk to thin it out otherwise it was too thick.

Holiday Dressing

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2002
This was enjoyed by all on Thanksgiving!! The only thing I would leave out next time would be the green pepper. I like green peppers but I never used it in dressing before and I thought it did not taste well with the other ingredients. I added 1-lb of mushrooms and used italian sausage. Very good!

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2002
This was really good and I added a few things. Rosemary, garlic and black pepper. I did not have seasoning salt. I also cut up 1 lemon, 1 orange and put it inside the turkey. This is the secret to keeping the bird moist and it worked!

This was very moist but it needed a topping like ketchup, brown sugar etc. I will make this again with the topping from Easy Meatloaf recipe on this website.
