London Broil I

This is hands down the BEST marinade I have ever had. I don't change a thing from this recipe. Its the only way we will make our London Broil now. Thank you!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

This is a great side dish! I love pasta and hubby loves rice...this is the perfect compromise! The only thing I do differently is use a good shredded parmesan cheese instead of grated. Its delicious! Thank you!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake

This pound cake is the best! Thank you so much for sharing this! I make this often with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. I also make it whenever we are having company or need to take to a party. I love the somewhat crunchy outside but moist yet firm inside. Really fabulous!

Bessy's Zesty Grilled Garlic-Herb Chicken

This marinade is great! I made minor changes to fit our tastes - I used only 3/4 cup EVOO; just a little less than 1/2 cup of sugar; and I cut the cayenne back to 1/2 tsp; and I use saffron. This will definately be added to our weekly rotation. Everyone loved it! Thank you!

Alfredo Sauce

Absolutely delicious! I used half and half instead of heavy cream and added extra garlic. Other than that I followed the recipe. Served with sauteed chicken and cavatappi pasta. Family loved it!

Pesto Sauce

This is delicious. This was the recipe I chose to use based on all the other reviews. I had never made pesto before. It came out fantastic. I used in conjuction with the "penne with chicken and pesto" recipe on this site. Sure to be a regular in our house.

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

This recipe was great. I followed the recipe listed, and used the "pesto sauce" recipe here on allrecipes. The only things I changes was that I used a little more garlic, probably 3-4 cloves, and I used half and half instead of heavy cream. Sure to become a regular in my house!

Chicken Scampi II

This recipe is fantastic! I read through all the reviews and like many others added some things...extra garlic, white wine, extra lemon, and I used less butter as suggested as well. I served it with bow tie pasta instead of rice or linguine. I let the pasta simmer with the sauce and chicken for a few minutes before serving. It was a huge hit with my entire family including my 8 year old. Thank you Cyndee for posting this, and everyone else who made suggestions.
