Meatball Nirvana

I cook these meatballs exactly like the recipe says and they are a hit for 10 or 80 people. I have noticed they are really "spicy meatballs" if I use Cholula versus Red Hot. It's really delicious with hot Italian sausage and a good homemade sauce.
