About this Cook
I am a stay at home mom of twins. I am married to the most wonderful man who also loves to cook. He wants to go to culinary school and eventually open a restaurant, I also want to culinary school to hone my skills at dessert preperation. We love watching the Food Network and History Channel. our favorite shows are Top Shot, Chopped, Iron Chef, Cupcake Wars, Restaurant: Impossibe, Worst Cooks, and Food Network Challange. My twins that are almost two also love watching these shows they get really excited when cooking shows are on, I think its one of the most cute things in the world.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook almost anything but desserts are where my talent shines. And ANYTHING that does not require me to do dishes afterwords, lol, I hate to do dishes.
My cooking triumphs
My fruity chicken recipe is amazing!!! If you get a chance try it yourself you will not regret you did. This was my first real recipe I made up, not counting my long standing attempt to make chili's queso dip still not right but the current mix on that is moving away from the original to something different and totally mine, well mine and my husbands, of course.
My cooking tragedies
I can make almost anything (easy or challanging) but for some reason I have struggled making a basic pot roast in my slow cooker I tried it 3 different times and failed. Recently I actually made one that was amazing. yay

I Loved these I made them for a food culture dinner where everyone made something from somewhere else. I made churro bites by cutting the dough into small sections that where bite size. They where the first thing gone.
