Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cake

A co-worker brought this cake in for us in weight watchers. She used fat free cool whip instead of frosting. Moist, tasty and low in points.

Black Bean And Corn Salad I

Wonderful recipe. I went to a family gathering where someone had brought this dish, and was amazed at how wonderful this is. I like to add tomatoes to it as well. YUM.

I love this recipe. I agree with the other viewer who said it makes a great base. I did use brown sugar in place of the white sugar and I threw a can of spagetti sauce in too. (made a large batch to freeze). Thanks for this recipe.

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

I made this for my mother-in law who has a gluten allergy. Wow this cake is like a brownie but not quit as thick still flaky as a cake. Nice chocolate flavor but not rich. I didn't add icing, really don't think it needs anything all. My cake did sink but was still so good will make again.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Easy Lasagna I

This is a great recipe. I like to add a 1 lb. of sausage to my beef to have a real meaty sauce. I also add mozzarella cheese to the cheese mixture. My family loved it. Thanks.

Little Meat Loaves

I am not a fan of meat loaf, especially when ketchup is involved, But this stuff is the bomb! My whole family devoured it. I ran out of ketchup so I used half a cup instead of a whole and added about 2 TBS of water to thin it out. Great recipe will do again and again.

Sunday Sticky Chicken

Not bad. Many viewer's said it was bland so I added Old Bay cajun seasoning and salt to give it some flavor. After browning the chicken pieces in oil I dipped them in the coating mix again to make them more sticky and a bit thicker texture cause I remove the skin from the chicken pieces.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

My entire family finished their meal and asked for more. My Husband said I should make this fish more often. I didn't have lemon wedges so I used the lemon juice from the container to sprinkle the fish, and I didn't have dill so I used the salad seasoning to sprinlr over. Thanks for a great recipe
