Rice Balls a la Tim

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2011
This recipe is amazing, and one of thee best I have ever made !!! I even took them to work to let some real Italian co-workers try them and they were a hit and all asked for the recipe. Making them again for when the in-laws come in town and very excited for them to try it. You will love this recipe....very tasty. Served it with salad and garlic bread and it was a meal !!! :)

Pork Chop and Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
Thought this recipe was a little bland without any spices. I did add some spices to the pork-chops while I browned them, but I think next time I would season the hashbrowns also. Definately needs to cook longer when using the hashbrown potatoes. More like 60 to 65 min. Also think that pork chops should have the bone in them, because they are alot more apt to stay moister with being in the oven so long. This recipe needs a little fine tuning and will be a 5 star recipe, which I will try to do and then re-rate it :) But love the idea of it because it is easy, and my family are pork-chop fans. Definately a good filling meal.

Apple and Brown Sugar Corned Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
One word describes this recipe....".DELICIOUS" !!!!! The only thing I did was added buttered garlic parmesan noodles to serve underneath it, and was glad I did, it was a good touch that made it even more enjoyable than it already was. This will be my new way to cook Corned Beef from now on. :D
