This was great my family really enjoyed it and I mad enough to freeze so that when I travel my wife could heat and serve. Had it over egg noodles.

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2011
This was good by I cut back on the butter because it was 2 greasy. Then I mixed it like mash potato's and put it back in the accorn squash shell before I served it. It was a hit with all the kids and adults.

Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2011
This recipe was great. Family enjoyed it and we all agreed it was a keeper. I used pineapple teriyaki marinade and only 2 peppers seeded. Increased it to 2 onions and 1-1/2 cups of chicken stock. Instead of cutting I pulled it apart and put the onions and sauce on top. Slow cooked on low for 8 hours and it was so soft and tender. It was very tasty between the sweet and hot flavors. My daughter doesn't like the heat and still loved it.

Crunchy No-Fry Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2011
This was quick and easy and I would recommend to anybody. Family enjoyed it and I added a tablespoon of olive oil to the pan to make it crisp up even more.
