This was really good! I made it with chicken papadoris from this site (a coconut curry recipe). I followed other's advice and made it very thin which made it too crispy when it cooled off. I treated it sort of like pizza dough when I cooked it. I put a griddle in the bottom of a very hot oven and cooked it on that instead of the grill. It made 16 good sized pieces. We were very pleased and I will definitely make this again!

Artichoke and Tomato Chicken

This was delicious! My store was out of fresh basil so I think using that would have been over the top good. I added minced garlic and used sundried tomatoes instead of fresh. I served it over pasta and used homemade marinara. Everyone loved it from my 20 mo. old baby to my 17 yr old. This is a keeper!

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were really good. My son loved them because they were so "soft and good". I almost doubled the amount of peanut butter and used my small cookie scoop, baked for 9 to 10 minutes. I will make these again for sure.
