This was really good! I made it with chicken papadoris from this site (a coconut curry recipe). I followed other's advice and made it very thin which made it too crispy when it cooled off. I treated it sort of like pizza dough when I cooked it. I put a griddle in the bottom of a very hot oven and cooked it on that instead of the grill. It made 16 good sized pieces. We were very pleased and I will definitely make this again!
