Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast

A quote from my 8 & 12 year old "this is off the hook good mom" "can you please make it for us again". This was a huge hit by all. I did make a couple changes as well. First I used frozen peaches, all I had. I loved the fruit topping! You don't need any syrup. Actually, I tried some syrup with too and didn't like the way it changed the flavor! I also addes some cinnamon to the egg mixture, seemed to just go perfect with the peaches. Next I used confection sugar with the cream cheese which made it smooth. I also spread the cream cheese on one slice of bread then topped it with second slice and then cut the bread diagionally. Seemed a bit easier. I too used more than 8 slices, I think we used 13. I still had egg mixture left. I made baked oatmeal the next day with it, it was yummy too. We totally forgot to use the whipping cream on top, it was so good even without it. This was awesome - thanks for sharing your recipe!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Awesome! I make recipe as listed except..... I don't use pecans because many in my family don't like nuts. I always use lowfat cream cheese and real butter. Also, we prefer the chocolate graham crackers with this. We have used the teddy Graham's with his, they r fun! Also I don't form into a ball. I put it in a pretty bowl place graham crackers around it and its more like a dessert dip. Then we don't have to wait to dig in!

No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies III

These are my favorite cookies - I've misplaced my recipe. Thank you so much for sharing this. I only used 2 1/4 cup sugar because it's all I had. Measuring the oatmeal wasn't exactly perfect either, it was probably closer to 5 cups than 4 1/2. They tasted delicious! This is a peanut butter lover's dream cookie! They are quick and easy to make.

Easy White Chili

This is AWESOME!!! I followed what others had suggested about mashing up 2 cans of the beans. I just used my little food chopper. I didn't have garlic, used a little garlic powder. I was afraid of it being too spicy so the first time I didn't used the green chile peppers - second time I did. The chiles add extra flavor. I also boiled the chicken in the chicken broth and sprinkled the Mccormicks Montreal Chicken grilling spices over the chicken. Then shredded the chicken. I cut down the cumin to 1 teaspoon and the cayene to 1 teaspoon. I thought it was perfect. It reminds me of Chick Fil A's new chicken tortilla soup. This is the best - I actually crave this!

Honey Cornbread

Awesome! I was looking for a sweet corn muffin recipe, this was it. Only changes I made, butter instead of oil, had no heavy cream - used skim milk I had, doubled the sugar! Really sweet - really great!!!! Family loves em, this will be our cornbread recipe of choice! I made muffins (my muffin pan is older and they were a little smaller but made 39 muffins) cooked for 13 min on 400 degrees.

Stovetop Granola

Wonderful quick, easy and delicious. Perfect on top of yogurt, pudding, cold cereal or just by the handful! I too brown in the oven for a few minutes, not too long as the almonds will burn and affect the taste of granola!

Easy Granola Bars

Awesome recipe! Highly recommended. Quick, easy, delicious and nuturious! I could eat the whole pan! I make in a 9 x 13 dish, sprayed with cooking spray. I make the recipe exactly as written except add in my favorite add ins. My favorite combination is 1 cup sunflower seeds, 1 cup craisins, 1 cup of coconut.

Chunky Cheese Soup

Fabulous! This is a new family favorite, thanks for sharing this great recipe! Great way to use leftover ham, you probably could use any kind of meat. I doubled the recipe and added a can of corn (drained). I also cooked the vegetables with a couple chicken boullion cubes for extra flavor.

Baked Pineapple Casserole

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

This was an excellent recipe. This was a huge hit, everyone loved it. I did not have aujus mix used 2 beef boulion cubes instead. I did use the cream of chicken soup will try cream of mushroom next time. Just because we like the mushrooms and that flavor. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

This was delicious and soooooo easy. As someone else mentioned, I may never make "traditional" lasagna again. I also added ground beef, onions, garlic and some oregano. Thanks for the great recipe.

Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

I get rave reviews every time I make these. This is just like the appetizers you order out, my husband says better! These are wonderful! I don't use the dill or the wine, mostly I don't have it on hand. I use immitation crab meat and I only shred the cheese that goes in the stuffing mix. I place a small chunk of cheese on top of each mushroom, that way it doesn't fall all over the pan. This makes many mushrooms. These are a special treat we absolutely love them. Thanks for the wonderfully easy recipe.
