Bread Pudding II
I love this stuff and its so easy! My boyfriend asks for it a lot. He likes it with warm maple syrup on top. And, I must admit, it's pretty good that way!
By the way, I use Splenda instead of sugar, and we top it off with sugar free maple syrup - can't taste the difference! We'll be having this Christmas morning, along with cheesy scrambled eggs and hot coffee. Yumm
