Bread Pudding II
I love this stuff and its so easy! My boyfriend asks for it a lot. He likes it with warm maple syrup on top. And, I must admit, it's pretty good that way! By the way, I use Splenda instead of sugar, and we top it off with sugar free maple syrup - can't taste the difference! We'll be having this Christmas morning, along with cheesy scrambled eggs and hot coffee. Yumm

Escarole and Beans
This is so good, I always add chicken stock to make it soupier, a little mor garlic, and cooked Italian sausage - I use bulk sausage. Of course, you must top it with parmesan cheese. mmmmm

EAGLE BRAND(R) Peanut Butter Fudge
Very good, very easy! I used crunchy peanut butter instead of adding nuts, and I didn't have white chocolate, so I used a bag of Toll House chocolate chips - so, its chocolate peanut butter fudge - deelish! this recipe's a keeper!
