Hungarian Stuffed Yellow Peppers

These were really tasty! I used spicy Italian sausage instead of ground beef, and precooked the rice to help cut the cooking time down. Also added a little bit of cheese on top.

I wish there were more storees to describe how much I love this recipe. We decided not to put poppy seeds on it, but otherwise it is perfect. Goes well with everything, makes amazing toast!

Fresh Asparagus Soup

Eggplant Snack Sticks

These are an awesome side dish. Instead of using spaghetti sauce we used a modified spicy sauce that includes ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper flakes.

A Pad Thai Worth Making

This came out really well. We modified the recipe by double the amount of shrimp and not using chicken. We also did one with tofu that came out very well.

This recipe also works really well on vegetables (squash, broccoli, mushrooms). Gin is a good alternative to the rice wine, as well as replacing the shortening with butter.
