Slow Cooker Roast Beef
Wow 22 hours, I didn't ever dare!!! so I did what a lot of people recommended here, 7-8 hrs in high, the meat came so soft that I could not cut it straight. I agree with one of the comments that the meat should be "seared" first, but at 7 am going to work, I do not have time to sear anything. The meat came very good, good taste, I used beer instead of water (as someone suggested), I put the potatoes & carrots from the beginning and came out very good, not soggy. At the end, this is a good recipe that I would do again, the only thing I will change is the meat, I would like to cook this recipe with a different cut of meat, beef chuck roast has a kind of boring taste for me.

China Lake Barbequed Steak
I made this recipe this week. I follow the recipe 100% and add used some of the suggestions. My 12 year old son LOVE IT!! and I thought the flavor was very interesting and different. I defenitely think you will impress your friends with this recipe. The next day tasted amazinly better. I will defenitely do it again. I also want to try the marinate with chicken though.

Foolproof Rib Roast
I did this recipe 3 days ago, the meat was indeed very expensive $67, the taste was very but very good but a little bit bland, just because this recipe here uses "tea spoon" of ingredients when the original recipe from Paula Deen uses a "cup" of ingredients. Anyway it came out very good. Next time I will use the recipe from Paula Deen.
