Great recipe except I never, ever, ever, never, never boil ribs - hence the 4 out of 5 stars. I just added the ingredients to the ribs and put them in the oven. You end up losing SO much flavor and the meat isn't as juicy because most of the fat ends up in the water. You need the fat for self basting and that also enhances flavor! You just end up "masking" the taste and juiciness with the sauce.

Teriyaki Chicken Wings

This is actually quite good, but I like my teriyaki wings with a little kick as I love the spicy/salty/sweet combination of flavors. I add a couple of tsp of cayenne pepper and a couple of sprinkles of red pepper flakes. Then on top of that, I usually grill them on a charcoal grill with some hickory chips for a smoky finish, adding another layer of awesome flavor. Superb!
