I am 22 and i really enjoy cooking and baking anything... people always love whatever i make and that makes me feel awsome im not quite to the point where i can make up my own recipies but this website is really helping :D

My cooking tragedies
I recently quit drinking but when i was i would uhhh try my hand at cooking when i was rediculuosly drunk and do stuff like add perogies to ketchup and frozen veggies and hashbrowns and oh yea try fliping hashbrowns without a flipper and getting hash browns allover the floor...luckily that doesnt happen anymore...

Cream Cheese Tart Shells
very happy to find a simple pie crust recipe used this for a pumpkin pie today and going by what one reviewer said i prebaked the shell for 20 mins before i added the filling unfortunately 20 mins was a bit too long and i burned the outer crust but upon eating the pie i was glad i prebaked it because it deff would have been soggy/raw so next time i will pre bake it for 10-15

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie
I made this pie today for the first time the only problem i had was i made the puree my self right before hand and it left me with an awkward amount of pumpkin puree and i had to eyeball 14 oz and i think i added way too much and the filling looked too soupy so i added two extra eggs the pie turned out delish !(i was worried it was going to be like a pumpkin pie omelet)

White BBQ Sauce
i haven't made this recipe yet Ive been looking for white bbq sauces since i saw it on the food network they say white bbq sauce is best for bird meat and burgers and a different recipe i saw for it that got 5 stars included the exact same everything but also had a tbs of hoarse radish and a clove of garlic and a tsp of ground clove i will be making this minus all the salt :)
