Banana Pudding IV

Delicious! I made exactly as written ...just used real whipped cream! Took to church lunch and it served great and I took an empty dish home! (I did put my banana slices in lemon juice before adding to prevent browning)

Blueberry Streusel Cobbler

Delicious cake!...did not change anything in the cake recipe. In the blueberry sauce used honey in place of the sugar and the juice of the lemon mixed with water (to make 1/2 cup). Lemon adds a lot of flavor to blueberries! ;)

Delicious! I doubled the recipe and used half sugar for filling and topping...I substituted a banana for sugar in topping...came out crunchy and tasted fabulous! Thank-you!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

This was easy and delicious...I halved the recipe...decreased the sugar to 1 cup and added 1/4 cup applesauce...also added nutmeg and cloves as suggested by another review. Thank-you!

Spiced Cider Apple Crisp

Delicious!Just had a hot serving with a little heavy cream! Delicious and easy...I doubled the recipe! I only used 1/2 Tbsp of cinnamon (in saucepan & in oat topping)...otherwise followed recipe as written. Thank-you!

Irish Cream Brownies

Delicious for St. Patricks Day gathering!....disappeared quickly!...used instant coffee for brewed coffee and followed suggestion using potato peeler on Hershey Bar and made chocolate curls instead of toffee bits. Next time I will cut the topping ingredients in half (did not use it all!).....and let the cake and icing cool a bit before spreading on brownie. Very close to 5 star!....Irish creme flavor was delicious....mmmmm! ;)
