Awesome, easy and quick even for me. I've made it twice, once with an old pan that produced a wonderful tasting pile of cake with half of it stuck in the pan. Bought a new pan (Bakers Secret) recommended by Cooks and the second try was great. I took it to work and brought back only crumbs.
