Exactly the sort of asian noodle side dish I've been looking for. When I printed the ingredient list, it left off the snow peas and medium red pepper so I made it without. It turned out quite good. I will add those two ingredients next time. I've never used whole wheat pasta before but it was perfect in this dish.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Awesome, easy and quick even for me. I've made it twice, once with an old pan that produced a wonderful tasting pile of cake with half of it stuck in the pan. Bought a new pan (Bakers Secret) recommended by Cooks and the second try was great. I took it to work and brought back only crumbs.

Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish-and-Roasted Garlic Crust

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

I used a bit less onion than called for. Did the potatoes once in the oven once in the microwave. Oven left the skins with more "structural integrity".
