This was excellent! I made it twice in one week! I used chicken stock instead of water. If you increase the recipe do not add more onion soup mix if you intend to use the au jus to make gravy...it is way too salty! I alternatively made it with all chicken stock and no wine for a friend with allergies and it was just as good. But I do prefer the flavor the wine adds. Also, don't use one of the pre-seasoned tenderloins...this is so good just the way it is!
