This was pretty good. I need to remember next time to chop the vegetables up finer. Did not add the lemon, but will next time.

Delicious! I never realized how yummy pan seared salmon could be. I always cook it in the oven. I will definitely do it this way from now on. The only thinks I changed were to add the lemon to the salmon beforehand & to add the olive oil directly to the pan.

Creamy Chicken on Linguine

This was delicious!!! I added some steamed asparagus at the end so that we had our veggies. It would have tasted perfect without it, but since it had butter, cream & cheese, I had to justify it by having a veggie.

Japanese Chicken Wings

Garlic Alfredo Tilapia

Delicious. I did add some shrimp to the butter & garlic before I added the alfredo sauce. I served it with a side of pasta & sauteed mushrooms. The hubby loved it & it will definitely be a keeper.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

I followed many of the reviews & cooked the sauce on the side & it was very tasty. Next time I will follow the recipe exactly since we know that we do like the sauce & that we will not be ruining our filet.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Super yummy! I couldn't stop eating it. Another keeper for sure. I followed a couple of the suggestions. One to add foil to the bottom of the cooking pan & the other to add some bread crumbs to the bottom of the pan. I also added a couple chicken thighs & those tasted very good as well.
