finally! someone who knows the value of hard work and we can recognize payoff yummmm! Been looking for this forever! Only difference (we're german) recipe calls for l/2 pork, l/2 beef. Love you Paper_boy21!!!

4 stars!!! Pass on the lard, with this cost, use a liquid oil (sticks better) gravy is good w/mushrooms for jaeger schnitzel-squeeze little bit of lemon while frying. Green salad goes great (bit of lemon w/oil, parsley & radishes. Add small amount of water, salt, pepper, this was great thanx
