I took an interest in cooking when I was about 10yrs old & cooked my first Roast Beef at the age of 12. I enjoyed cooking so much I went on to be a cook in restaurants for a few years. My career has now changed, but I still cook frequently. My goal to own my own restaurant still lives. I also own a baking business where I specialize in personalized cakes and dessert's for any occasion.

My favorite family cooking traditions
Most family gathering's that involve cooking are hosted at my house, or I'm cooking at my mom's. I love hosting dinner's that include appetizer's, main entree, multiple side dish's, dessert platter's, and all the decor.

My cooking tragedies
One cooking tragedies that comes to mind is when I made Yorkshire pudding. After reading the recipe I questioned the amount of salt that was being called for. Instead of trusting my intuition I had the saltiest Yorkshire pudding ever!Since then I'm a very light salt user.
