Sue's Hot Fudge Sauce
Just made this and even though I loved it - I only gave it four stars because of slight changes. After reading reviews I added a pinch of salt, 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, and less sugar (I used 2-1/4 c.). Because my blender recently broke, I whisked during cooking as another reviewer stated -perfect texture! Also, not sure it actually boiled the entire 7 minutes, but I didn't want it to burn! Use EVAPORATED milk and it won't taste like caramel! YUM!

Cream Puffs
SOOO happy! I never knew I could make delicious cream puffs at home! Only 4 stars - recipe is good, but I agree with others that the instructions are somewhat lacking. Follow MommyfromSeattle's instructions exactly and you will not be disappointed! Thank you for this easy, fun recipe! I'm going to make them again next week for Easter dinner! :)

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata
This was a quick, tasty, filling meal! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was I changed it and I can't very well give it 5 stars if I change it. To save calories and time I didn't bothering breading then cooking the chicken. Just diced chicken breast, partially cooked, made sauce and put chicken back in sauce to continue cooking while sauce simmered (it was tender and yummy). Also, I added a bit of white wine to the sauce (just 'cause) and I didn't have fresh basil so used dried. YUM!
