Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Like others, I add my own touches to this. Use just a dash of lemon juice, and add some garlic powder. @ hokiefan, to make mine more crispy, I add a sprinkle of breadcrumbs on top (along with a little extra parmesan) after it cooks the requisite time and then put it under the broiler for a minute or so. Hubby says he could eat this at least once a week, it's my go to white fish recipe.

Baked Ziti I

I used a little more sour cream, tri colored penne, cooked chicken pieces instead of ground beef and a mixed blend of Italian cheeses instead of mozzarella and it was amazing! It was even great as leftovers.
