Best Ever Banana Bread
Best banana bread recipe I've tried. I will always use this one. I used the same proportions but used coconut sugar, home made organic hard white wheat flour, organic whole milk instead of buttermilk and olive oil. It was delicious. I also blended the wet ingredients in my blender.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
This recipe is amazingly delicious. I brought it to a work training session and everyone absolutely looooooved it. They couldn't keep their hands off my dish :-). The only things I changed were 1/4 cup red onions, 1/4 cup green onions, 1 bag cheesy garlic croutons instead of bread, turkey sausage that I just grounded in the blender, Monterey jack cheese and just a little cheddar cheese added on top for the last 10 minutes of baking time. Everything else remained unchanged. It was really great. I will definitely make again. Especially if I have to bring a dish to a potluck.

Lower Fat Banana Bread II
I made as is and it was delicious. The only thing I added was raisins. I wouldn't change a thing.
