Spaghetti Carbonara II

Ingredients are fine. The preparation was less desirable. Adding the cooked pasta to the pan to heat through so the eggs can be cooked has a side affect of making the noodles overcooked and the dish drier that desired. A better approach is to add the eggs and cheese to a large bowl, and pour in the pasta, fresh from being drained and mix. The eggs cook with with the heat from the still hot noodles. Then add cooked bacon/onion mixture and combine.

It's Chili by George!!

Made this and it was great. I used two cans of tomato paste and two cans diced tomatoes instead of tomato juice. I only used 1/2 a green pepper since I don't love green pepper but wanted to keep some of the flavor. I used 1 tsp jarred garlic and 1/2 the chili powder it called for. My family loved it.

Pomegranate Stew with Chicken (Khoresh Fesenjan)

Very nice, unique flavor. Chicken looked like beef once the pomegranate juice worked it over.
