This was awesome and so much easier than making real chicken fried steak! I adjusted the seasonings a little ( added Montreal steak seasoning and cut back on the chili powder), but followed the recipe exactly after that. Served it w/ gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans, YUM! Thanks so much for this recipe!

Basic Microwave Risotto

It was easy and yummy! It's one of those recipes that will be different everytime I make it because I'll change it up everytime. I used ck broth and a small can of V8 juice for the liquids and used some frozen veggies. I didn't have any cream like one reviewer recommended, so I stirred in milk after I added the cheeses. I will definately be making this often!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Super yummy! They were a hit at the office. Followed the recipe exactly, but chopped the chocolate chips in food processor before adding them. Next time I'll add nuts.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

I love this soup! I add black beans and instead of a can of chopped green chilis, I add a can of green chili enchilada sauce along with the red. Very yummy!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

I really love this pizza crust! It's really tasty and quicker than other recipes. It has a really crispy crust and is just the right thickness. I altered the recipe the second time I made it, with 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour and added italian seasoning to it. It was great! I am a pizza fanatic and this recipe will definately get lots of use!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

I have been using allrecipes for years but have never rated a recipe until now because of these cookies. They're awesome! Definately worth making again and again! Thank you so much for sharing the best chocolate chip cookie recipe that I have ever had!
