Portofino Lamb and Artichoke Risotto

Apricot Nut Bread

Delicate flavor, not as strongly "apricot" tasting as I had hoped, but still very good. I doubled the recipe, and it didn't take it long to completely disappear.

Cashew Cookies

This is an absolutely fabulous recipe. The slightly salty flavor of the cashews is complemented completely by the sweetness of the icing. These are my new favorite!
