Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2012
I halved this recipe and used blue cheese instead of ranch and it came out incredible!! I accidentally bought fat free cream cheese and was in tears because I was running late and could not go back and get regular cream cheese. I made it anyway and hoped for the best! Well, when I tasted it I was VERY pleasantly surprised that it came out awesome and you could not even tell that fat free cream cheese was used. So, if you are looking to reduce the calorie and fat in this recipe I highly recommend that you try the fat free cream cheese and you won't be disappointed. BTW, I NEVER use fat free cheese of ANY kind because it does NOT taste the same or even good in my mind but with this recipe it definitely works! A+++ in my book :)

Italian Style Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2011
Ehh, it was okay. Then again, I'm not a big meatloaf fan, however, my husband is. He gives this a 3 1/2 star rating so I had to bump it up to 4.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2011
This was just "OK" for us. We found it rather thick even after adding milk to it. It got super thick when we added it to our pasta on our plates. The taste was okay; it wasn't horrible but I don't think I'd make it again. At least I tried it but I think I'll stick to another recipe I use normally.

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2011
My husband and I both thought it was just "ok". It wasn't bad but just not as flavorful as we would have liked.

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2011
THANK YOU for posting this recipe! This was incredibly easy as well as super tasty. My husband actually enjoyed something I cooked with minimal ingredients. I was thinking this was going to need hot sauce on it for some flavor but it didn't. The only thing I cut back on was the butter but otherwise this was awesome! Usually I shy away from pork chops because they end up dry and overcooked but these were extremely tender and very good! This recipe is definitely a keeper and I'm passing it along as well (and giving you credit, of course :) Thanks again!

Italian Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
Very yummy!! I loved this recipe. I didn't have the sargento cheese mixture so I made my own with what I had. I did have almost all of them so maybe that's why it came out wonderful. I cut my chops to about 1.5 inches thick but probably could have went a little less thick. I would make this again in a heartbeat!.

Best Easy Chicken Croquettes

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2012
I thought this recipe was wonderful! Even my extremely picky kids loved them and asked for seconds. I didn't have celery so I had to exclude that part of the recipe but it didn't seem to make a difference in the taste. It was definitely easy to make. Also I used canned chicken...it probably would have been better if I used a chicken breast but I used what I had! All in all this was a great recipe and will be making them again!

Broiled Parmesan-Lemon Tilapia

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2012
Very good and very tasty! The first time I made this I followed another reviewers advice and made more of the sauce to put on top and it was just too much. This time I followed it precisely and it was wonderful! Very moist, very tender, and very flaky! Also, extremely easy to prepare which is a plus in my household!

Golden Chicken Tenders

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2012
This was just okay. My son loved it but he likes very bland things. I had to add bbq sauce and my husband used hot sauce. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't horrible...just bland and needed "something".

Pleasant Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
Very good recipe!! Chops came out extremely tender and tasty (and my chops were thin). I'm always afraid to try pork chop recipes for fear that they will be hard and dry but this recipe is a keeper for sure! Even my husband loved it and he knows I'm not the best cook :) Thanks for posting!
