About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
When I was 14 I called my parents to see which carton of eggs in the fridge belonged to us (Uncle and Aunt were sharing fridge) so I could make brownies for everyone.....I forgot to add the eggs...15 years later family still asks if I remembered the eggs

the sausage wasn't fully cooked. this is why you have to brown it first before mixing with other ingredients and cooking.

Chocolate Meringue Cookies
Fantastic!!! I made 12 servings and my girlfriend and I couldn't help ourselves....All Gone!!! Changes: 2 tbsp Hershey's cocoa powder 1/4 c. Andes baking chips I'd describe the taste akin to eating a campfire s'more with the crisp outside giving way to soft fluffiness inside. The texture was like eating cotton candy in the way it melted on your tongue which was surprising when considering the way they look from the outside. Would like to know recommendations on how to get uniformity to each 'drop' for future bakings because the abstract shapes I got are not the most presentable.

Sausage Jalapeno Poppers
Amazing for dinner. I enjoyed your version and the version with honeyed bacon. The only extra step I made was to set each in a heated pan to crisp the bacon on the bottom, then I placed them in the microwave for 45 seconds to further crisp the rest of it.
