Authentic Chicken Tikka Masala

Super yummy. Tasted like I was at an Indian restaurant. I cut the red pepper in half, for my husband, but I really had wished I had used what the recipe called for!

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Super delicious! My husband requested to have this recipe multiple times a month. Even my 2 year old loves the falafels. I didn't make the cucumber sauce- the mayo turned me. We use Tzatziki Sauce I with this recipe and they are amazing together!

Garlic Soup

Pretty good. Maybe a little too much egg. Husband didn't like the tomatoes in it, but I thought they added something unique. It had a nice flavor. Not too strong, but definitely not weak. I'm sure I'll make it again.

Black Bean Quesadillas

Excellent! We make this recipe a lot! My 1-yr-old loves them! We generally use extra-sharp cheddar cheese, and have found that they're even tastier using corn toritllas!
