I haven't actually made this recipe, but my mother used to make something very much like this. I had forgotten about it until I read this recipe. She used about 3/4 of a pound of spaghetti and crushed canned stewed tomatoes and no ricotta or cottage cheese , just some cheddar and some mozzarella. She used to bake it until it got kind of crispy around the edges, which for me was the best part. I am now 75 years old and my Mother used to make this when I was a kid, Brings back fond memories.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

I just read this recipe yesterday and decided to try it, as i was planning to grill steaks for my family anyway. I only marinated them for about two hours. but they turned out great! The only substitution I made was some bottled lemon juice and some fresh lime juice. Only because that was all I had on hand. The seasonings were just right. I did use the hot sauce, which i recommend. Will definitely use again.

Amish Meatloaf

This was quite good,although I really felt it was a bit too sweet. Especially cold in a sandwich. I will make again but will reduce or maybe leave out the brown sugar.

Kielbasa and Veggies

I changed up this recipe quite a bit. First of all I omitted the potatoes because when I first tried this recipe I didn't think they were cooked enough when the dish was done. I use a large bag of frozen mixed vegetables, then added a head of broccoli cut into florets. Then for more flavor I added a half a pkg. of Lipton '"recipe Secrets" vegetable flavor.I added the sliced Polish sausage,I then baked it covered tightly for 50 min. Then opened it up and added a cup of sharp shredded chedder cheese. Put back in oven until cheese melted. Great!!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I really thought this was one of the best chocolate chip cookies ever! Some others thought they were to sweet, but my family thought they were perfect. Will definitly make these again.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These were great ! Very tender, very crumbaly, but also very tasty. Especially good was the crumb topping, I would even make a little more next time. They are hard to remove from the pan however, If you loosen them after 5 min. of cooling they will come out easier.

Very Berry Muffins

I just made very berry muffins and was very pleased with the result. I did add the extra half cup of white sugar as one reviewer suggested, and I also used half blueberries and half raspberries. A very nice combination. I will definitely make these again.
