Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

This seasoning was amazing. Although I, too, reduced the salt a little (I don't know if kosher salt is less salty than the sea salt I used), it was so so tasty. I fed it to my 3 year olds and THEY liked it too! I cooked longer, though, because I do not like medium rare meat nor am I comfortable serving it to my family for their safety. It's definitely a keeper!

Creamy Chicken on Linguine

I didn't care much for the onion in the sauce. I prefer a plain cream sauce or possibly garlic instead.

Loosemeat Sandwiches III

Wow, these were so good. Such an easy recipe but the flavor was surprisingly great! What does the time simmered in water do to the meat? I just don't understand the reason for that step.

Loaded Potato Soup I

I really liked this soup. I also boiled the potatoes instead of microwaving. Left them just a bit firmer than if I were mashing them. In hindsight, I would have let the sour cream come to room temp, though. I added slowly but it still was difficult to incorporate and get smooth. Didn't affect the taste but sometimes you live and learn. I would love a little more spice or even some cooked carrot shavings or tiny broccoli florets for options next time. But the recipe is great as is too.

Chicken Parmigiana

So good! I pounded my chicken breasts first and I used Pampered Chef garlic and herb seasoning in the bread crumbs and on top before baking. Then before putting breasts on top of sauce, I tossed in my al dente pasta on the bottom. Mmmm
