Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II
While these cookies did turn out soft and light, I just couldn't get past how greasy they were. It was a big turn off to eat one and have grease all over my fingers. I also thought they lacked the salt needed to be increased to at least 3/4 t. I made my cookies on the small side in 3 batches: the first batch baked for 10 min and they were still raw in the middle. The second batch baked for 11 min and they still weren't done. The last batch baked for 12 min and they were a nice golden brown and pretty much cooked through. Sorry, but I probably wouldn't make these again.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
I like this lasagne as well as any that I order at a restaurant. I've made this several times with the following modification: use one and a half jars of sauce (Classico Spicy Red Pepper as recommended by another reviewer) and add an extra layer of pasta - it seems more "filling" with the extra layer.

Thanksgiving Meatloaf
This was OK. My husband bought extra lean ground turkey breast which I think didn't contain enough fat, because it came out REALLY dry. Also, it took 1 hour 25 minutes to reach 165 degrees which probably contributed to the dryness. Next time I will buy the ground turkey with more fat and cover it while baking.
