I am not a professional cook. I am a lawyer by day and family chef at night. Yes, this means that I do the cooking for the family. I enjoy cooking for big parties or jsut intimate evenings with a couple fo freinds or just my wife. I am always interested in trying new foods and new recipes. Cooking is my may of eliinating the stress that i get friom my work.

Anything on the BBQ and the Smoker made by my friend Billy. I did help with the screws and saw for a few minutes.....
My favorite family cooking traditions
I have 2: Thanksgiving Turkey with my friend Billy which is put on the spit and then in the smoker. An incredible rotisserie/smoked bird! Way better than deep fired!
Second is brisket (both traditional and smoked) and potato latkes made for 60-80 people every hannukah. My goo freind Mitch and I make the best you will ever taste!

I ctered a women's birthday party for one of my wife's friends, some of whom do not eat meat. it was a great success!
Creation of my very own recipe like nothing you've ever had that i call Swordfish Paradio.
My cooking tragedies
Baking is not my strong point, other than my apple pie. I tried to make a carrot cake from scratch without consulting a recipe and it was YUK! We had to go out and buy one.....
