Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

I have never had much luck with my slow cooker. It's a couple years old and only produced burnt meals. I set it on the lowest setting and this always happens. I was very hesitant to make this in the slow cooker, but I tried it anyway. At five hours in, on low, my 7bl roast was reading 220 degrees! I hadn't flipped it yet! So, I flipped it and turned the slow cooker off, it was still very warm. The flavor is delicious. I used red Hawaian sea salt from Earth Fare and it wasn't too salty at all! Very easy, very tasty!

Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

I'm terrible at making frosting, but this one worked. I followed the recipe exactly, and it came out very stiff, exactly what I wanted. The cream cheese flavor is still there, and it's super yummy!
