Triple Dipped Fried Chicken
Best fried chicken I have ever made! Hubby had been asking for restaurant style breaded chicken so I found this. Unbelievable. Tastes just like a country restaurant. Of course I used the same principle with a chicken breast, cut it in cubes and fried it up like that. I'll never use another recipe.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Love these cookies! So soft! The only thing I did different was substitute two things. I replaced baking with baking powder instead of baking soda and cream of tartar. I didn't have cream of tartar and decided to test my baking soda as suggested by the original poster and it was inactive. So I just doubled the baking powder to 2 tsp. I also used double butter because I had no shortening. They were still so puffy and delicious!

Granny's Brownies
These were good brownies. Very chewy, and people said they sort of tasted like hot chocolate. However, I used sweet chocolate instead of unsweetended, and they turned out very rich.
