Shoyu Chicken

Excellent. Found this recipe and had to try it. Tried some Shoyu Chicken on a vacation in Kauai, it was the best food of the trip. This recipe tastes just like the original on the island. Marinated overnight and baked the chicken in the oven until it fell off the bone. Definately a keeper. Thanks for sharing.

Firecracker Scallops

Delicious and so easy...Family loved them.. I would recommend mixing in the horseradish sauce so it is evenly incorporated throughout the dish. Served with a caesar salad and twice baked potatoes. Definate keeper!!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Delicious. Served with Angel Hair Pasta, fresh grilled zuchinni and cucumber/corn salsa. Family loves this recipe, make it at least one a month. :)

Caramel Corn Snack Mix

Very easy recipe. I took it to a Church gathering and it was eaten up, it is very addicting. I was asked for the recipe many times. A definate keeper, thanks for sharing.

Quickie French Onion Soup

Very Good!! I used 4 14.5oz cans of broth(2 of each) and added 1 cup of mushrooms when I sauted the onions. Also added 1 cup of white wine. Au Jus packet gives it a great flavor, also added a dash of worsheshire sauce. Next time I'll try it in a crock-pot. Highly recommend.

Bruschetta with Roasted Sweet Red Peppers

Excellent and easy appetizer. Didn't have italian bread so i used texas toast and cut into 4 squares. Worked out nice. Added some chopped up black olives for color. Delicious and will definately make again and again. :)

Texas Caviar with Avocado
