Southern-Style Barbecue Sauce

I cut the recipe in half...because it was too much and left out the pepper And didnt use Splenda...because I didn't have was still too much I added about a half cup of sugar and a couple squeezes of more teaspoon of mustard seed and a quarter cup of minced onion. And a dash of garlic powder...yum

Parmesan Sage Pork Chops

Very good, mind you I just guesstimated the ingredients, because I messed up on the quantity and had more porkchops than I thought.I think the flavours amalgamated together smoothly, but next time I shall follow the measurements exactly.My family loved them!I did put them in a roasting pan and they came out crispy on both sides.
