Coconut Macaroons III
AWESOME :) I chopped the coconut a bit finer in my food processor, mixed well with a big spoon. (my hands got ReAllY sticky when I tried to use them to mix) used almond extract instead of vanilla. I used the bigger side of my melon baller to shape them and dropped on aluminum foil sprayed with Pam and they didnt stick a bit during baking. My daughter melted chocolate chips, put them in a baggie with a tiny corner cut off and drizzled the tops. They were easy to make and very rewarding! Definatly making this part of our Christmas Cookie Tradition!!

Cream of Broccoli Soup I
the best yet!! I love cream of broccoli soup, and this one has flavor, and the veggies left in chunks are a big hit as well. I always have to make a double batch, so we have some left over. I use chicken broth instead of the water and the bullion. I tend to like my soups thicker, so I add more veggies, more flour and a bit less milk.

Eggnog I
great!! make sure you are using farm fresh eggs that you can trust, since they are raw in this recipe. I followed the advice of another review and used 1c. powdered sugar instead of the sweetened condensed milk, and i used a bit more whipping cream, and vanilla. came out excelllent. will continue to make, since we have our own chickens, and plenty of fresh eggs!
