Restaurant-Style Prime Rib Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2011
The meat was cooked perfectly....Picked up a beautiful 5.6 pound Rib Eye Roast from Sams Club and cooked it uncovered on a wire rack for 20 minutes a pound. I took it out at an internal temperature of 130, wrapped in foil for 30 minutes, and it was perfect. My only suggestion is to add a really good steak seasoning to the flour instead of all the other stuff. I made the coating exactly per the directions and although it did keep the juices inside it was light on flavor for my taste. A healthy mix of a Chicago Steak Seasoning with salt and flour in the coating makes this a first rate Prime Rib for my taste. Thank you very much for sharing...Great recipe!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2011
AWESOME! Made it just like the recipe called for....Doubled the meat to a 4lb tenderloin and used 2 bottles of spicy BBQ sauce from the Neelys (Food network stars found in my local grocery store) and it tasted great just on cheap grocery store hamburger buns! Thank you for posting!

Turkey in a Smoker

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2011
Very proud of myself....1st time smoking anything and used this recipe. Only change I made was to use a 6lb Turkey Breast instead of a whole Turkey and I did Brine the bird....Since this was my first time I did slightly over cook it but it was still really really good. The pink part of the breast that was closest to the skin was absolutely delicious! Cooked 7 hours and 1 side of the breast was at 175 degrees and when I checked the other side it was just over 180.....About an hour less would have been the sweet spot. Thank you for putting this recipe on here!

Wish I could give you a hug right now. Best recipe I have made on this site to date....Thank you for posting. 120 degrees makes a perfect medium rare.....other than the internal temp I followed the recipe exactly as posted....the mushrooms are spicy but AWESOME on rice.

Southern Grilled Barbecued Ribs

Reviewed: May 28, 2012
Best sauce I have tasted on ribs and very easy to make....We will make this again for sure.....Had a taste test against Sweet Baby Rays and even my girlfriends kids picked this recipe. This was my first attempt at Baby Back Ribs on the grill and I over cooked just a bit but the flavor was still wonderful....I did listen to other reviewers and added just a 1/4 cup more of the brown sugar but other then that I made it as directed....Thank you very much for posting!

Mushroom Soup Without Cream

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2013
Absolutely loved it.....I read the reviews and did tweak it a bit....added 2 cloves garlic when cooking the vegetables, added a few strong dashes of hot sauce, added 1 beef bouillon cube crushed, an extra two cups of chicken broth, 1 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken broken in tiny pieces, and when I was putting the lid on to simmer I added about 2 cups of small shells.
