easy to follow. But in response to another's review, the cream of tartar must be added to the egg whites BEFORE beating them. It stabilizes the egg whites and helps them stay fluffy. I used almond extract instead of lemon, yummy

I upped the salt to 1/2 t, vanilla to 1t, sugar to 3T, and used melted butter. it was still alittle flat, but I'm glad I changed it. all in all a good recipe

Fluffy Pancakes

I used buttermilk and added vanilla. if you use buttermilk you need to thin it with a bit of water, because it will be too think. very fluffy and yummy!!!
