Gyoza
I took advise from other reviewers. I grated the carrot and cabbage. For ground pork, I cook pork chops in the oven for 2 hours at 300 degrees with some water and sesame oil. It was very tender and easy to puree in the blender. The filling was a bit bland, so I added a bit of soy sauce and sesame oil. I did not cook the filling before constructing the dumplings. They turned out perfectly! A lot of work, but worth it!

Super Sausage Gravy
I made this for my family this morning and we all loved it! I remember my grandmother's biscuits & gravy and I think this recipe is just as good. I used sage sausage and added some fresh sage from my garden to the meat as it browned. You could definitely double the flour and milk to stretch the recipe, there is more then enough sausage.

Toad In a Hole
It's fun to cut out special shapes for my daughter. Use thick sliced bread for best results. Fast, fun, and family-friendly!
