I don't really like chicken, but I really liked this!! It had a nice creamy tangy flavor that really hit the spot for me. I wasn't quite sure what to "do" with it, so I spooned it on top of rice. It was good, but I'll try noodles next time to see how that does.

I love this I make it every time we have visitors. I HATE eggs and you cannot taste the eggs in it at all! Makes for very good leftovers too!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

We love stroganoff in our house, and this is the only way it will be made from now on. It was SOO tasty, and I loved the fact that I didn't have to slice and cook thin steak. The only problem I had was the cream cheese did not seem to disolve properly. Next time I might try the trusty sour cream instead.

Angel Chicken Pasta

This was wonderful. I am not a chicken lover, but ate every bite because the sauce was so good. This would be a wonderful dish to serve for guests- great presentation and would appear as though it took a long time!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I loved these cookies. I made them with and without nuts. Only problem I had was that 10 minutes did not seem to be long enough to cook; they were still half raw. After 3 batches my conclusion is that 13 minutes is perfect!

Asian Salad

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Make exactly 93 mini cupcakes cooked at 10 minutes. They really didn't rise that much so I had to fill them just about to the top.

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

I have made this several times and I've been happy. Yesterday hubby bought margarine instead of butter so I had to go with it. Runny goopy mess! *You must use butter on this* or it will separate and if you put it on cake/cupcakes it will just run off.

Sour Cream Noodle Bake

My husband really enjoys this. Its "different" for me since I don't eat cottage cheese, but its good for when I don't have anything else to make, and it reheats pretty well.
