Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells

This was kind of tasty, but WAY WAY WAY more work then I am willing to do on a meal. Seems like it should be able to be simplified in some way.

Sour Cream Noodle Bake

My husband really enjoys this. Its "different" for me since I don't eat cottage cheese, but its good for when I don't have anything else to make, and it reheats pretty well.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Dumplings were slimmy blobs that never did cook after after an hour. Did I miss something? Will not make it again, what a mess!

Enchilada Casserole III

We love stroganoff in our house, and this is the only way it will be made from now on. It was SOO tasty, and I loved the fact that I didn't have to slice and cook thin steak. The only problem I had was the cream cheese did not seem to disolve properly. Next time I might try the trusty sour cream instead.

Angel Chicken Pasta

This was wonderful. I am not a chicken lover, but ate every bite because the sauce was so good. This would be a wonderful dish to serve for guests- great presentation and would appear as though it took a long time!

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

This was WAY too sweet. I was only able to take a couple bites before I could not take it anymore. My husband did enjoy it, but I would not make again because I could not handle the sweetness.

Upside Down Pizza

I have a shortcut for this recipe...open a jar of spaghetti sauce and start eating! This was so gross! It was like cooking spaghetti and meatsauce but then deciding you would just eat a plate of sauce! My husband, who likes EVERYTHING, never said a word about it (good or bad), which means he didn't want to hurt my feelings. I don't know of any way this could be dressed up or made better, unless you put noodles in with it!

Taco Pie

By the second bite my husband was proclaming his love for this dish. I did mix in a can of refried beans with the meat, and I think it helped in "holding" it together a little better. I will definitly make this again and again.

I just didn't find anything special about this recipe. My husband liked it, but he likes everything! It wasn't "bad", but it wasn't great. It tasted like I had just thrown together whatever I could find in the pantry.

Apple Pork Chops

I don't think there was anything real special about this - the taste did not blow me away. Luckily it wasn't too hard to make and the apples took most of the time!
