White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

I made this recipe as is, and it came out perfectly. I didn't let the butter come to room temperature, I only let it soften a bit. Then after I mixed the dough, I let it chill for a little while. They didn't spread out too thin. Will definitely make these again!

Garlic Butter

I made this last night for garlic bread and it was WAY too salty. I'm going to try this again, but with a lot less garlic salt. The other flavors seemed ok, but it was hard to get past the saltiness.

Wow! Sweet and Sour Sauce

Baked Potato Skins

These were great! Very flavorful and yummy. I just had a bunch of small potatoes, so I used those (made them just a bit bigger then bite sized). I cooked them in the microwave and then scooped them out. I also used bacon bits instead of making my own bacon (MUCH easier). I will definitly make these again.

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts II

My mother-in-law makes these every holiday get together. They are YUMMY!! I was a little shocked when I read what the sauce was made of. I made a TON of these for Christmas and they were all gone. The only appetizer to completely disappear. Thank you!

Barbecued Beef

This was a very good recipe. The beef shreds very easily with the forks. My kids didn't care for it, but I will try this again when my husband gets home from Korea. I know he will like this!!
