I love to cook! I lived in South Korea for 6 yars where I had a restaurant which catered to American, Canadian, Australian, and British ex-pats. Yes, I can cook a mean Yorkshire pudding, bubble and squeak, as well as southern fried chicken.
My favorite things to cook
cheesecake pies beef bourguignon collard greens curried chicken salad biscuits homemade fudge, pecan brittle, and numerous other candies.

Connie's dinner rolls/bread (Connie is my 2nd mom, and she has a bread recipe which fits all occasions,)

When I was first learning to make pie crusts, I failed miserably. I made 6, one right after the other, until I got it exactly right.

Pastel de Tres Leches (Three Milk Cake)
Luscious, beautiful, phenomenal cake! If you want a real tres leches cake, this is the recipe. Delicious! For the cook who said they baked this in a 9X13 pan: this was a big mistake; of course it would run out of the pan and into the oven! Any baker knows you never use a smaller pan unless you half the recipe.Use the 10X15 pan,(which is quite a common size for people who do any regular baking---most sheet cakes are in this size pan) and your cake will turn out perfect! Follow the recipe next time, and you will have a remarkable and wonderful cake!

Kelly's Butterscotch Pudding
This pudding was delicious! It reminded me of old-fashioned pudding my mom used to make. Also, it is great for butterscotch pie filling. I have also used white sugar and vanilla and made it into vanilla/banana pudding. Great recipe!
