Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2012
This was sooo good. I had to alter it to get it perfect, but still, this is a great base. I added some cocoa powder and salt.

Tomato Salsa without Onions

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2012
This is awesome! My mom is allergic to onions and I am sensitive to them so I made this to use in a recipe for lime cilantro chicken tacos - oh, my YUM!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2012
Absolutely lovely. These are by far some of the best cookies I have ever made. I hate to use shortening so I may try to make it with all butter. This is now my go to recipe!

Chocolate Ganache

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2012
Easy! I use 9 ounces of semisweet chocolate chips and it rocks! I also leave out the rum but this is simply a great, basic recipe to have.

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2012
This recipe is a favorite of mine - I make it for a friend with a gluten allergy and she likes them too! I've made them as above and with 1 tsp. baking soda and a splash of vanilla. I like the additions so I call them my five ingredient peanut butter cookies. The dough is good and these are also good with chocolate chips or M&Ms.

Soft Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2012
These are some of the best cookies I have ever made. I make these all the time - in fact, I have a batch in the oven. I bring this in to school a lot and people love them! They're very soft, so they crumble easily and stick to one another, so keep that in mind when transporting. Also, make sure they're mostly cool when sprinkling the powdered sugar - it looks so much better!

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2011
I was worried because when all the wet ingredients were combined, the sour cream was clumpy and noticeable. After adding the dry stuff, it looked fine. The cupcakes came out beautiful, but only complaint would be these have a strong taste of sour cream, and I put in exactly one cup.
